Easy Marketing Strategies When You're Starting a Business
Clinton Douglas IV
Email marketing is a powerful technology that can bring in sales and improve your online presence. Unfortunately, it also creates lots of room for abuse. In order to avoid getting marked as a spammer and exiled to the bulk email file, follow these 5 important rules when crafting and sending an email marketing campaign.

1) The US Census Bureau projects that by 2030, there will be over 71 million people over the age of 65. That number is more than double the number of senior citizens in 2000. The most recent actual count was 37,191,204 in 2006. If your business is not considering the needs of this ever-expanding demographic, you are missing the opportunity for explosive growth and revenue.
2) Some studies suggest that 99% of the US adult population can read and write at the “basic” level. Hence, there is no crisis in basic literacy. The real issue is how to get US adults to the next level of reading comprehension so they can compete in the knowledge and creative economy. The real problem with adult education is the lack of personal commitment to continuous learning. There is no absolute way to project the job market in 5 to 10 years. If people were committed to continuous learning, it would be much easier to avoid obsolescence and migrate to new employment.
