You could easily spend a good chunk of your life reading about SEO. It's not needed but it does require some knowledge, effort and patience. First, you need to know about the two main areas of website SEO: 1. On-page SEO and 2. Off-page SEO

The textbook definition of motivation states it as being an inner process that moves you unerringly toward the attainment of your goal. That definition should also include the mental concepts of purpose and vision. The real glue to building lasting motivations is the cultivation of the qualities drive and determination.
Those who are gifted with the power of inspirational thought get it from within themselves but it doesn't happen by accident.
