Remember when Al Gore allegedly said he "invented the Internet?" Well, he didn't, it was Google. Alright, I'm kidding but sometimes it does appear that way. Google has consistently launched one killer application after another and they weren't playing around when they entered into the pay-per-click arena with their "Adwords" program. Adwords is one of the largest online advertising networks, reaching more than 80% of all Internet users.
Over the years, webmasters have been told that they should want to avoid Blackhat SEO techniques in connection with their own websites. In general, I agree with this statement. But, by obtaining a deeper understanding of Blackhat search engine optimization, one could actually learn a bit about how to better his or her own positioning in the search engine results.

If you had to guess the single most important word in advertising what would it be: free, special, discount, sale, new, improved, bigger, better? So many words have lost their meaning or been corrupted by misuse or abuse that it is not an obvious choice. The words luxury, exclusive and world class have been rendered meaningless after being applied to everything from eight hundred square foot condos to restaurants that serve microwave frozen dinners. We can't even rely on light, diet, or low-carb to actually describe what's inside a package.
Network Marketing can produce outstanding results if you know to harness its awesome power to secure your business success. Terms such as Network Marketing, 'MLM' and Multi-Level Marketing all refer to the same type of business model. This industry has had more than it's share of scumbag crooks and con artists that have used and abused the concept. Winning the Battle in Your Mind

In my work with clients, observation is critical for change to occur. Clients learn to detach and step back from their thoughts so they can study and reflect upon what’s going on for them. This is not easy. It takes time and practice. Only from this place, however, is it possible to learn how to choose new thoughts and, hence, choose different actions and manage your emotional response and reactions.
It is perilous to assume that just because you hold a clear vision that everyone around you understands it as clearly. There is often a big gap in what you think the vision is and what the people you lead think. Communication is not complete merely because something has been expressed. It's vital to know how well the vision has been understood.
The best leaders I've worked with are the ones that know when they should wait and when they should respond immediately. Mature leaders know that some problems go away if ignored for a while. They also know that there are very few times where putting off sending a scathing email or administering a harsh verbal rebuke will give you cause for regret. However, it is pretty frequent that haste to respond to a laden situation will make you wish you had taken more time to think.
