In article marketing, there are many factors that will affect your articles' ability to promote your website in the most effective manner. In this article, I will briefly discuss a couple those factors, before I dive into how to create an effective Authors' Resource Box, also known as the About the Author information.

Online or Internet fax has become extremely popular in our ever-increasing mobile society and workplace. With this modern way of faxing you can take your faxing with you. While it is far too early to forecast the demise of the traditional fax machine, the writing is on the wall. This is one form of "cloud computing" that's here to stay.

With a high converting squeeze page, an online business will make more use of the traffic they drive to their website. Generating traffic is hard work so you want to capture as many of the visitors' emails as you can when they visit your website. Here are 9 steps to creating a high converting squeeze page.

Proactive web analytics is necessary for successful web presence. Everything that is meant to help your business succeed online must be tied into your web analytics strategy. Every web site, e-mail campaign, Pay Per Click ad, landing page and blog must be measured. As the old cliché goes: if you can't measure it you can't manage it.

You spend months creating a product, designing a website and having copy written and tested. You spend countless hours schmoozing joint venture partners. Then your launch day comes, you "push the button" and the silence from lack of orders is deafening. What went wrong? Where are all those customers that you knew your 300 joint venture partners would send you?

Two headlines in the "Home" section of my local newspaper caught my eye the other day: "Natural floors can be knotty and nice" and "Serving cheese with ease." Both headlines involve enjoyable wordplay of the sort that could easily figure in business names or tag lines. I can imagine "KnottyandNice.com" as the domain name for a wooden items crafts shop, and "Cheese with ease" as the tag line for a cheese lovers' online community.

Until two days ago, the only thing that I knew about golf is that I used to play miniature golf at the local Putt-Putt Miniature Golf Center. I have a unique job as a professional article ghostwriter that forces me to do research on topics that I may not normally be interested in learning. Certainly golf was one of those topics I thought I would never learn about in my life.

The Internet is very sexy at the moment and everyone wants to hear about the latest new strategy that can hand you overnight riches. The Internet can work quite well for generic products like beauty, sporting gear or vitamins where the general public is your client or even a niche group like headache sufferers purchasing your ebook. But there's one big problem with the Internet: you have no control over who finds your web site. And that means you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find the diamonds.

Online fax is a cheap alternative to the traditional fax machine. Since everything is done through the web and with your computer, there is no need to have an extra phone fax line, no need for messy inks and toners or even paper for that matter; and of course, no need to purchase a fax machine. However, there are many more reasons why many business start-ups are using Internet or online fax.

I get approached by people every day asking me what's the quickest way to launch an Internet marketing business that will put them "in the black" in the shortest amount of time. I tell them to sell something that lots of people want and are willing to buy. That answer seems almost sarcastic but it's not. Let's expand upon the things that I teach them.

There are two words in the English language that hold the incredible power of personal change. These two common words challenge a set standard and looks to exact a revolution on what is status quo. When answers come as a result of asking this two word question people often find their personal views will have to change – sometimes dramatically. This is the power of “What if”.

Over the last couple of months I've been reading a book called The Goal. It was referred to me by my friend and colleague, Aaron Parsons. Now The Goal is actually a book about the manufacturing industry written like a novel. It has had a huge impact on my thinking around business. Why?
