While attending a recent seminar in Las Vegas, I found myself in a room with horrible Internet connectivity. As someone who actively monitors and manages hundreds of websites, this used to really panic me. You wouldn't think of going to a job interview unprepared — you'd never get called back. Yet many E-Biz owners approach wholesalers and manufacturers without any preparation at all. When starting a new business you will hear a lot about budgeting. You will learn how to write a budget based on the anticipated amount of income on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. How good your budgeting plan will depend on how disciplined you are in sticking to the established amount you have dedicated to every item in your budget. But many businesses fail due to their lack of action when one piece of their budget doesn't fit together to form the perfect picture of their business.
